no man is an island

I did not step out of the house yesterday. Not at all.

I did not utter a single word the whole day and  busied myself with chores; like ironing my shirts, sweep and mop the floor, clean both bathrooms and clearing out the wardrobe.

Despite all these caloric burning activities, I felt EMPTY.  Humans are holistic in nature and need balances.

I need to talk and I need answers.

I want to kiss and be kissed.

I need to love and be told I am loved.

I guess no man is an island and it certainly holds water.
